We flew in from another country to dive into ATL and hope to see properties and potentially purchase one. We didn't know where to start because we had no networks. So we called Jim, next. First he carved out time in the middle of his meetings to fit us into his day. When we chatted with Jim, we peppered him with a series of questions.
